Banana Ginger Cake

I tried this delicious Banana Ginger Cake recipe once and it turned out really well.

I got it from an old recipe book called “Hot and Spicy-Red, Hot and Sizzling Dishes” but I’ve improvised the recipe slightly.

This cake is healthy, nutritious and its a great to have before a game or packed in lunch boxes.
